While the PlayStation 4’s DualShock 4 will play nicely with your Mac over Bluetooth, the Xbox One controller will take a bit more effort. It’s nothing too tricky, though, and you can pull it off with a bit of patience. It updates the driver to the modern standard and re-implements wireless controller support. If you find any regression in the driver, make sure to make an issue and specifically mention that you are using this version of the driver. Alpha 4 adds xbox one wireless controller support and should work with macOS Catalina 10.15.

Mappings

I play games with a Playstation 3 controller, so these will be useless if you have a different controller. These are the mappings I use for games I like. To use them, just save them and double-click on them in Finder, or use ⌘O in Enjoyable to import them.
